• the artworks are carefully packaged for transport to ensure they arrive in optimal conditions. In this regard, only the carrier can be held responsible in case of damage during delivery.

 

• The purchase of an artwork only allows for the transfer of ownership of the artwork to the buyer. The author's rights* and reproduction² rights are not transferred and remain under the sole ownership of the artist Elka.

 

- * The author can oppose disclosure of their work made without their consent, an use that would alter their work, or claim that their name be mentioned. This moral right is perpetual and cannot be transferred.

- ² This is the exclusive right for the author to authorize or prohibit the material fixation of their work on a medium. Books, catalogs, magazines, etc. Advertising (posters, packaging, commercials, etc.) Derivative products (clothing, stationery, objects, etc.)

 

 

 

• Les oeuvres sont emballées soigneusement pour le transport et leur arrivée dans des conditions optimales. En ce sens, seul le transporteur pourra être tenu pour responsable en cas de dommage à la livraison.

 

• L'achat d'une oeuvre permet seulement le transfert de propriété de l'oeuvre à l'acheteur. Les droits d’auteur* et de reproduction² ne sont pas cédés et restent sous l’entière propriété de l’artiste Elka.

 

- * L’auteur peut s’opposer à une divulgation de son œuvre qui serait faite sans son consentement, à une utilisation qui dénaturerait son œuvre ou encore revendiquer que son nom soit mentionné. Ce droit moral est perpétuel et peut pas être cédé.

- ² C'est le droit exclusif pour l'auteur d'autoriser ou d'interdire la fixation matérielle de son œuvre sur un support. Livres, catalogues, magazines, etc. Publicité (affiches, emballages, spots publicitaires, etc.) Produits dérivés (vêtements, papeterie, objets, etc.)
